Configure a mobile notice
Before creating your notice, you need to have a valid source declared in your account. This source needs to have a “Mobile app” type and a bundle ID. See section Source in order to learn how to create a new Source.
In the left menu, click on Notices and then on "ADD NOTICE". The settings are done in 4 steps: General settings, Configuration, Text translation and UI Customization.

1. General settings

Sources: Select the source you want to attach the notice. A notice is always linked to one source and for your App, this source needs to have a "Mobile App" type and a bundle ID.
Enable Legitimate Interest purposes when Refuse All/Continue without accepting(skip): If the user refuse or leave, you can decide to collect any data (switch off) or collect only data for purposes under legitimate interest legal base (switch on)
Notes: add the comments you want. It’s a reminder for your own usage and it will not be displayed anywhere in the notice.
Click on "Next".

2. Configuration

Disable success screen: if checked, the confirmation screen will not be displayed after user onboarding validation. This option is not available if "UI in a single step" is checked.
CTAs available in Banner: choose the kind of CTAs you want to offer in the banner on different orders.
Pub vendors: Not used for now : Will be replaced in few weeks by a drag and drop selector.
Extra vendors list: copy paste your json file here (read below to learn how to edit your Extra vendors json).
Click on "Next".
Extra vendors list: link extra vendors to extra purposes
If AppConsent lets you define your own extra purposes, you can also define extra vendors, to be attached to those extra purposes.
To do so, you need to:
1) If the vendors are not IAB vendors listed in the GVL, you need to create them (go in the section "Extra-vendors")
2) Copy theextraVendorList.json code bellow and adapt the extra vendors information (delete the lines commented with //otherwise you could not save your notice in your account).

{

To link the vendors defined in the file with your extra purpose, you'll need to know the id of your extra purposes. You can find it in the GVL file : https://vendorlist.consensu.org/v-XXX/vendorlist.json (replace XXX by your GVL number version), or ask your SFBX representative.
If you use notConsentablePurposeIds, the vendors will not have any switch and the purpose will be exposed like the capture bellow. The consent is propagated for all vendors.
All extra vendors ID must be unique. If you want to use specific vendors from GVL and your own specific vendors, they can not have the same ID. So, for GVL vendors, keep the GVL ID, but for your own vendors, you can use the name vendor as an ID, or the ID you will find in AppConsent followed by the vendor name. Example : "Myspecificvendor" or "ID-Myspecificvendor".
3) Open the Notice form, click on "Configuration", and paste the code of your personalizedextraVendorsList.json file in the field "Extra vendors list". For example:
You can delete your extraVendorsList.json , you don't need to add it in your asset folders.

3. Text translation

Some of the texts can be modified. You can see their name field (##name_field## match the name in your account ) and their position in the notice below:
Add clickable link in your texts for Android and iOS
If you need to add clickable links in your text, simply place a URL in your text using a <a href> tag to have clickable text that will redirect the user to a URL, as in the example below.
Warning :
There is the specific case for the redirection to the list of IAB and non-IAB partners where the expected formalisation will be:
1
<a href="sfbx://vendors"> Our partners </a>
2
and <a href="sfbx://others"> Other partners </a>
Copied!
Hence the following example:
1
We and <a href="sfbx://vendors"> our partners </a> use cookies or equivalent technology to store and/or access information on your device. <a href="sfbx://others"> Other partners </a> use this personal information to present personalized advertising and content to you; measure advertising and content performance and learn more about their audience, and to develop and improve their products. For some of these purposes to work, partners use your accurate location data.
Copied!
